Gate City Builder’s policy is to meet or exceed industry standards during the first year of the home ownership warranty period. Homeowners should use the customer service request form below to submit and itemize warranty concerns. Please put all requests on the same form if possible.
For the convenience of homeowners, Gate City Builders, and other contractors, two warranty visits will be scheduled by a Gate City Builders representative during this year. Our goal is to be able to correct all items that are covered by the 1 year builder warranty in one visit.
We will address your urgent or emergency requests as you send them. All non urgent requests will be handled in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note, we have limited repair resources after regular business hours. Call only in an emergency that may be life threatening or cause excessive damage to your home. Please do what you can to minimize any damage if need be.
